Cameroon will on November 2, 2023 at the Sofitel Mont Fébé in Cameroon, in Yaoundé, under the theme:”Boosting the competitiveness of French -speaking territories”, hold the “Festival de l’Intelligence Economique (FIEF)”.In English, the Francophone Competitive Intelligence Festival
The Yaoundé event,is organized by the African Center for Competitive Intelligence, (CAVIE).
CAVIE is the reference institution for monitoring and economic intelligence in Africa, it initiated in November 2022 in Djerba in Tunisia the 1st edition of the “Francophon Competitive Intelligence Festival (FIEF)”.
After the success of this 1st edition, on the sidelines of the 18th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the OIF member countries, CAVIE is organizing the 2nd edition of the Francophone Competitive Intelligence Festival (FIEF2023), under the sponsorship by Radhi MEDDEB, honorary member of CAVIE.
According to Guy Gweth, President of the African Center for Economic Monitoring and Intelligence (CAVIE): “History shows that the link between language and influence/power is complex. Today, he states, the number of French speakers is growing in the world.”
“From 312 million in 2022, the most optimistic forecasts estimate that this number will reach 600 million by 2050. However, between politics, economy, culture and education, will the Francophonie remain a vector of influence for France ? Should she find a new lease of life?”
The Francophone Competitive Intelligence Festival (FIEF) is the only annual meeting point for experts and enthusiasts of economic and strategic intelligence, from all four corners of the planet and who share French a common goal.
Apart from the Francophone Competitive Intelligence Festival,Cameroon will from November 3 to 5,2023 , host the 43rd edition of the Francophonie Conference of Ministers. The information was officially made public, in the just ended Francophonie Festival on Economic Intelligence held in Paris.
